IMPORTANT BANK CHANGE AND QUARTERLY PAYMENT ANNOUNCEMENT
You quarterly HOA statement will be arriving a little later this month than usual.
Association Capital Bank (a division of Texas Capital Bank), which the Association was using for its’ Operating Account, has announced that it will be closing. As such, it was necessary to switch over to a new bank. This process caused some delays, for which we apologize.
If you have previously configured automatic payments from your bank through Association Capital Bank, please cancel those arrangements, and follow the instructions below to set up new scheduled payments through Smartstreet/Union Bank. Association Capital Bank will not accept payments after April 29th, 2016. But please wait until your statement arrives in the mail shortly, you will need your new account number to follow the instructions in the paragraph below.
You can go to http://www.mysmartstreet.com to pay online via e-check, credit card, or by setting up an automatic withdrawal from your bank account. Once at the site, click the ‘My Payments’ button. Select payment as either a Guest or set up a user ID for on-going use. Select your community ‘Lord Willoughby’s Rest HOA’ and follow the instructions to make a payment or set up recurring payments. You’ll need your coupon handy for your account number, which has also changed. Please make note of your new account number. With this in mind, The Association has waived the late fee until April 30.
